A drawing I did for a friend. He is painting a portrait of me over top of it. It will be part of a series of 8 to 10 artists. I’m looking forward to the finished product. In the mean time maybe I can do something more with this digitally.

Just finished this for ASL. Made a huge mess of fluff in the computer lab, but I’d like to think it was worth it. I’m really excited about this show.

Art Students League puts on this show every semester for graduating students getting their BA or BS in art. Here’s something I put together for the event.

Ticker-Tape Parade

My first typeface design

A poster showcasing the history of the bauhaus typeface.

This piece is currently showing at a the 623 gallery in Railroad Square for the month long show themed “Provocative”.

Ode to Blue Nude

I found this chunk of wood at the flea market. The shape reminded me of a woman’s back. I used several thin coats of watercolor that I let soak into the wood and then I burned the wood and drew on it with paint pen.

I like the idea of staring at something so long that your mind wonders, but you can’t look away.
